Intendfully Terms of Use

Effective October 12, 2026

These terms govern your use of the Intendfully app (“the App”) from Iterate Technologies Ltd. By using the App you agree to them. Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to your use of the App.

Personal use

You may use the App for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute it except as the law allows, or use it unlawfully.

Your data

The App needs no account. What you enter is stored on your device, and synced through your own iCloud account if you leave sync on. You are responsible for your device backups and for managing your iCloud storage. We cannot access or recover your data.

Free use and the Lifetime purchase

The App is free to download and includes one intention at no charge. A one-time in-app purchase (“Lifetime”) unlocks unlimited intentions. It is not a subscription and does not renew. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are governed by Apple’s policies. You can restore a previous purchase from Settings on any device signed in to the same Apple Account.

Not advice

Intendfully is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not provide medical, health or professional advice, and is not a substitute for it. What you choose to track, and any decisions you make, are yours.

Intellectual property

The App and its name, icon and content belong to Iterate Technologies Ltd. or its licensors. You receive a limited licence to use the App as described here.

Disclaimers and liability

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iterate Technologies Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the App.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
