Intendfully Privacy Policy

Effective October 12, 2026

Iterate Technologies Ltd. (“we”, “us”) makes Intendfully. It is designed so that what you track stays yours. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.

What we collect

Nothing. Intendfully has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it contains no third-party analytics or advertising software. We never receive the intentions you create or the days you log.

Your data on your device

Your intentions and the days you log are stored on your device, in the app’s private storage. Home Screen widgets show a small summary of today’s status, which the app saves in a shared area that only Intendfully and its widget can read.

iCloud sync

Intendfully can sync your intentions across your Apple devices. This is on by default, and you can turn it off at any time in Settings. When it is on:

Reminders and Siri

The optional daily reminder is a notification scheduled on your device. It is not sent from a server. Siri shortcuts run on your device, and Apple handles any voice processing under its own policies.

Purchases

Unlocking unlimited intentions is processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment details or your Apple Account information. We learn only, through Apple, whether the app has been purchased on your Apple Account so that it can unlock.

Children

Intendfully does not collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Deleting your data

Deleting the app removes the data stored on that device. If you used iCloud sync, also remove the data in iCloud storage as described above.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes we will update the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated policy.
